Each bag is made entirely by hand in Florence, using high-quality leather and painting and airbrush techniques. Each piece is unique and will never be reproduced identically, making each purchase an exclusive experience.
2. Is each bag truly unique?
Yes! Each bag is personalized with painting and airbrush techniques that make each piece unrepeatable. Once a model is sold out, it will no longer be produced, ensuring the exclusivity of your purchase.
3. How can I purchase an A Freakin' Dream bag?
Our bags are available exclusively online through our website. We periodically launch limited collections, called "drops". We recommend that you sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming launches.
4. Is it possible to customize a bag according to my preferences?
Absolutely! We offer the possibility of booking a personalized consultation via Skype, during which you can collaborate directly with us to create your tailor-made bag. You will be able to choose between different types of leather, finishes, stitching threads, ribs and collaborate on creating the perfect artwork for you.

You can book your consultation by writing an email to info@afreakindream.com. Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you to arrange a date and time that is convenient for you.
6. What are the delivery times for orders?
Italy and Europe: Delivery times vary from 3 to 10 working days.
Internazional: Delivery times vary from 10 a 20 working days.
Please note that for customized bags, additional production times will be communicated during the consultation.
7. What are the shipping costs?
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the European Union.
International: Shipping rates are quantified at 40 Euros per order.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all labels and original packaging. For more details, please see our Return Policy on the site.
10. How should I care for my A Freakin' Dream bag?
To preserve the quality of your bag:
Avoid contact with chemicals, heat sources and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause discoloration.
Store the bag in the dustbag provided, in a dry place.
Avoid contact with water or excessive humidity.
11. Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, we undertake, during the first year from purchase and only once, obviously if possible, to repair any damage caused unintentionally by the customer, so that your bag always maintains its original appearance.
12. Are the materials used sustainable?
We use leather from Italian tanneries that respect the highest standards of environmental sustainability. We are committed to minimizing environmental impact and supporting ethical manufacturing practices.
13. Can I find your bags in physical stores?
Currently, our bags are available exclusively through our website. This allows us to offer unique products and maintain a direct relationship with our customers.

For international shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the laws of the destination country.

18. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

20. Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?
